Constructing A Dream
Relax while our site supervisors and project managers oversee site safety, scheduling, timelines, and ordering supplies. Every step of the construction phase is communicated, and we address any questions and concerns that come up along the way.
Move-In Day!
It’s time to do a walk-through with you and hand over the keys! Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re dedicated to delivering everything you need and desire in a custom-built home. Your vision is now a reality.
Stay In Touch
Our responsibility doesn’t end when we hand over the keys. We do 1-month, 6-month, and 1-year follow-ups to ensure your custom home meets and exceeds expectations. We offer a 2-year builder warranty along with a 10-year structural warranty through Progressive Home Warranty, and ongoing service and support will be provided as needed.
